Aging: 7 years in French oak barrels
Vineyard: Koutsi, Nemea
Characteristics: Sun-dried grapes on the threshing floor for about 7 days. Classic red vinification. Tiles and red color with brownish hues. Aromas of clove, cinnamon, cherry & vanilla. Rich mouth with sweetness to oppose tannins.
Food pairing: As a dessert, with chocolate, or as a cool aperitif
Served: 8°- 10°C.
