Aging: 6 months in French oak barrels.
Vineyard: Koutsi, Nemea. Altitude: 520m.
Characteristics: Deep ruby colour with intense aromas of cherry, mulberry and some notes of vanilla and tobacco. On the palate, the wine offers high tannins enhanced with an abundance of fruit intensity, creating a full body and a persistent aftertaste.
Food pairing: It is perfectly served with pork, grilled red meat, roasted poultry dishes and matured cheeses.
Served: 16°- 18°C.
